Flexible Partial Injection System

The denture injection system is designed for dental laboratories to efficiently fabricate partial flexible dentures using thermoplastic resin cartridges. It delivers precise temperature and pressure control to ensure smooth material flow and accurate adaptation to oral anatomy.

The streamlined injection process reduces porosity and enhances the strength and comfort of flexible partial frameworks. Technicians can quickly process cases with minimal manual steps, improving lab throughput and consistency.

Ideal for prosthodontic applications, this system supports reliable, high-quality production of metal-free, aesthetic partial dentures.

1. Set Temperature: Adjust the temperature on the digital control panel.
2. Set Time: Program the required heating/injection time using the time control buttons.
3. Heat Cartridge: Insert the material cartridge into the heating chamber and allow it to heat for the set time.
4. Remove Cartridge: Take the heated cartridge out of the heating unit once the cycle completes.
5. Load Press: Place the hot cartridge into the base of the injection press.
6. Inject Material: Turn the top handle clockwise to lower the plunger and inject the material into the mold.
