Operation Tutorial Sequence

1. Connect Power & Air: Plug in the machine and attach the 6mm external air tube (used for vacuum suction).
2. Place & Lock Sheet: Lay the plastic film over the base plate and secure it with the metal locking ring.
3. Set Time & Start: Tap the screen to select the heating time, then press start.
4. Automatic Heating: The top heater warms the plastic until it softens evenly.
5. Auto Lift & Load Mold: The heater automatically rises. Quickly place your dental mold on the base.
6. Automatic Down Forming: The machine smoothly lowers the heated film over the mold.
7. Negative Vacuum: The vacuum system instantly pulls air out, sucking the plastic tightly around the mold for a precise fit.
8. Finish: Remove the locking ring, lift off the formed dental piece, and you’re ready for the next cycle.
