The Dentsma barbed broaches are expertly designed to extract the dental pulp during root canal therapy and effectively remove pulp remnants and canal debris. Barbed broaches are hand-operated instruments made of tapered, round, soft iron wires that operate well for pulp removal and perform admirably in pulp separation. The round wires are netted with barbs to create the ideal texture for the process. These endodontic instruments are available in seven different sizes and come in a pack of ten.
